Bettina Gordon-Wayne

Journalist and Author of “The Joy of Later Motherhood”

Bettina Gordon-Wayne is an international journalist and certified mental strength trainer with an über-passion for travel. Originally from Vienna, Austria, she has called America home since 1996. At age 44, she became the third generation of women in her family to have healthy children at an age the mainstream deems “dangerous.”

In her book “The Joy of Later Motherhood”, Bettina shares the stories and advice of women over 40 who all had natural pregnancies and healthy babies to show other women of “advanced maternal age” what is possible and, in fact, perfectly natural.

Bettina currently resides in Washington, DC, and Vienna, Austria, with her husband, Joshua, her wild child, Hunter, and Georgia, the squirrel-chasing Pit Bull mix. For more on Bettina’s work and free resources, visit BettinaGordon.com.
